We ship stock items within 1-2 business days.
When shopping from outside Denmark, freight costs are added to the total purchase. Items not in stock are shipped within 3-10 days. All goods are shipped with PostNord or GLS, where the shipping time is typically 1-4 days. You will receive an email with your parcel number when the order is shipped and can follow your order at any time via Track & Trace of GLS or PostNord.
For all shipping details please ensure to check the information. If a shipment cannot be delivered, due to imprecise information provided by you, a separate shipping charge will be added for us to send it again.
Reservations are made for sold out items.
You will be notified via email if your order is delayed. You can choose whether you want to cancel the order or if you want to wait until the item is back in stock. If the delivered item does not comply with the invoice, we must be notified within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods.
We use electronic invoicing in the form of email. Remember to save your invoice.
