Parties to the Agreement
"Client" is used to refer to the person who – as a buyer - trades outside his profession and who, when placing an order to shop.slyngevuggen.dk, makes an offer for the purchase and delivery of certain goods.
"shop.slyngevuggen.dk" is used hereinafter both for the physical or legal person who, by order confirmation, accepts the Client's order and sells the ordered goods, and about the website from which the goods are presented and ordered.
At shop.slyngevuggen.dk the essential characteristics of the product are stated, for further information or questions regarding existing information an email can be sent to shop.slyngevuggen.dk via email@example.com
All prices are daily prices and only valid on the order day. Therefore, price changes may occur.
All prices are quoted in DKK including 25% VAT. You may chose to see approximate prices in other currencies using the currency slider at the top right, however prices are quoted in DKK and FX fluctuations will not apply to the final price except for the DKK listed price.
Presenting goods together with a price on shop.slyngevuggen.dk is not a binding offer, but merely an invitation to make offers.
Client's ordering of goods from shop.slyngevuggen.dk does not constitute a binding acceptance, but on the contrary a binding offer to shop.slyngevuggen.dk to purchase the product on the stated terms.
A binding agreement between Client and shop.slyngevuggen.dk is only entered into when shop.slyngevuggen.dk, upon confirmation of order, accepts the offer made by Client.
Once you have accepted the terms and conditions, you can proceed to the next window where you must enter your card details.
Payment can be made with international debit cards. We accept MasterCard, Maestro, Diners, Visa, Visa Elektron, JCB, American Express. The transaction is done via secure SSL connection, operated by NETS / TELLER. This means that neither shop.slyngevuggen.dk nor third parties can access your personal information. The amount will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped from shop.slyngevuggen.dk.

The small "s" after http shows that you are now in a secure place where the exchange of payment card information happens - the information cannot be seen by neither shop.slyngevuggen.dk or 3rd party.
REMEMBER that you should NEVER send your card information in an email or similar – shop.slyngevuggen.dk will NEVER ask for your credit card information.
Risk of accidental destruction or deterioration:
Only at the time when the ordered goods come into the Client's possession is the Client responsible of the risk of the goods being destroyed or damaged due to accidental circumstances.
According to the Purchasing Act, shop.slyngevuggen.dk grants 2 years of right of claim from the invoice date on manufacturing and material defects (faults). The right of complaint does not cover defects, damage or wear, directly or indirectly caused by improper operation, poor maintenance, violence or unauthorized intervention.
The invoice must be presented to shop.slyngevuggen.dk in connection with the use of the complaint.
Any complaint about defects in delivered products discovered by the Client, should be raised towards shop.slyngevuggen.dk within a reasonable time. Otherwise, the Client loses his/her rights to invoke the defect.
Please indicate, and on request provide evidence of, the defect.

shop.slyngevuggen.dk is not liable for direct or indirect loss as a result of the ordered goods arriving late to the Client, or the ordered goods suffering from defects when the delay or defects are due to the Client action or omission or circumstances outside the control of shop.slyngevuggen.dk, eg war, riots, riots, fire, government intervention, seizure, currency restrictions, labor disputes of all kinds, including strike and lockout, or the like.
shop.slyngevuggen.dk does not give independent warranty for the ordered goods, and the Client obtains only the guarantees issued by the manufacturer to the Client.
If the Client informs shop.slyngevuggen.dk that the Client has canceled his purchase within 14 days of delivery, shop.slyngevuggen.dk will repay the amount received.
Within this 14 day period, the Client must notify shop.slyngevuggen.dk that the Client wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal and within a further 14 days the Client must have returned the item to shop.slyngevuggen.dk. If the Client cancels his purchase, the item must be returned by first filling out the return form at login at shop.slyngevuggen.dk. The Client must send the item properly packaged - along with a copy of the invoice sent to the Client by mail - if the Client has lost his invoice, this can always be found by logging in with the information (email and password) the Client provided to complete the transaction at shop.slyngevuggen.dk - If the Client has lost the password, a new one can be requested by entering the e-mail address used in the same place.

According to applicable law, the Client may test the item - the definition in the following applicable law is: "testing in line with a test you will be able to do in a physical store". Please note that if the Client wishes to exercise his right of return, any defect that the item may have on return will be charged for a set-off in the amount shop.slyngevuggen.dk is ultimately obliged to pay you back. shop.slyngevuggen.dk therefore encourages the Client to protect the item as much as possible so that it can be resold to another client (examples of offsetting could be: lack of original packaging, instructions for use, parts, visible signs of use in addition to the aforementioned test or damage), also do not wash or clean the returned item, as any impairment for shop.slyngevuggen.dk in this regard will be offset against the credited amount.
For easy return, the Client can request a return label (the Client pays the freight himself). Any return must be made with PostNord or GLS, as it allows the item to be tracked if it should be lost during return shipping. The Client must send the item properly packaged - along with a copy of the invoice sent to the Client by mail - if the Client has lost his invoice, this can always be found by logging in with the information (email and password) the Client provided to complete the transaction at shop.slyngevuggen.dk - If the Client has lost the password, a new one can be requested by entering the e-mail address used in the same place. Items returned by UFRANCO or on demand are denied receipt.
The Client can also cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the shipment.
Once shop.slyngevuggen.dk has received the item return, it is examined and possible impairment will be noted with copy to you as part of the credit procedure. Under applicable law, shop.slyngevuggen.dk is obliged to credit your returned purchase to your account within 14 days after you have indicated that you wish to exercise your right of return. Please note that you are required to return your item within 14 days from the date you indicated that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Refund is made to your debit card.
shop.slyngevuggen.dk refunds the price of the item incl. possible shipping, but excl. possible card fee.
These return rules apply to all goods sold as remote sales to individuals - this does not apply to goods sold to companies/dealers.
